Permission and ownership
You keep ownership of your original material. Uploading or requesting an AI task requires a separate recorded permission to process the supplied information for that task. This permits private storage, extraction, review and requested editing by the platform and necessary suppliers; it does not grant us unrestricted ownership or permission to publish your documents or use them as testimonials.
Sensitive information
Medical reports, police records, passport details and bank statements may contain sensitive or high-risk information. Upload only what is needed, mask unrelated details and give specific permission before processing. Do not include another person’s sensitive information without lawful authority. You may withdraw future consent-based processing through support and request deletion.
AI limitations and safe editing
AI can produce mistakes or unsuitable wording. Check drafts yourself and seek qualified advice where needed. The platform may tailor CVs, statements and reference-letter drafts using your truthful facts. It must not fabricate history or alter an official certificate, signature, passport, police certificate, medical result or bank statement. A review score is not a forensic authenticity check or a guarantee of acceptance.
Sharing, receipts and submission
Private documents may be accessed by authorised personnel needed to provide the requested service. Payment receipt analysis extracts transaction details to compare them with the expected payment; it does not prove funds settled. External application submission needs a separate confirmation, with the intended recipient and documents disclosed. Your acceptance here does not authorise unlimited submissions.
Retention and help
Original uploads remain separate from generated drafts. You can remove a saved document or submit a rights request. Removal from your library does not necessarily erase legally required payment or audit records or immediately purge supplier backups. Ask support for a human review, deletion or withdrawal; future AI tasks requiring consent stop when permission is withdrawn.
